The hotel I stayed at during my holiday was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. the hotel was in a great location, close to all the local attractions and activities.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the TV channels were very limited, which was quite frustrating.

The hotel had modern facilities with a friendly staff. the breakfast was tasty and tables were clean. the room was clean and had a well-stocked bathroom. There was plenty of secure bike storage available.
The limited TV programs available were extremely frustrating and need improvement.

Great breakfast spread with a variety of options to choose from and the staff ensured that tables were cleaned regularly. Additionally, the hotel is located just a short distance from the city attractions and had a lovely view from the rooms. The room was well-maintained and the bed was quite comfortable. Plus, the staff was really polite and friendly.
There was no heater in the room, and despite multiple requests, the issue was never attended to. This made it quite difficult to sleep at night, especially in the cold weather. The TV in the room was not functioning properly and there were hardly any channels available. The hotel Wi-Fi was slow, and the signal kept dropping continuously, making it almost impossible to use the internet. it was a disappointing experience, especially during the new year period.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they spoke English fluently. The hotel facilities were modern, clean and cosy. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with comfortable bedding and a clean bathroom. The breakfast spread had a great variety of wholesome choices and was very well presented. We loved the proximity to transportation and the hotel's location in the heart of the Bavarian countryside.
